Have an event coming up and want to promote it? We have a variety of ways we we help you get the word out there! Please keep in mind that an announcement from the stage during a hosting portion of one of our worship experiences is one of the least impactful ways to promote an event. Nothing can compete with word of mouth and your team being excited and personally inviting people to join!
We will do our best to respond to your request within 2 work days to let you know a projected time frame for the project. If needed you may also have a D.A.T.E. with the creative team. This is where we will Define the win, Action steps to be taken are defined, Timeline will be defined, and Expectations are defined.
We will strive to get your project done in the most efficient way that we can. As a rule of thumb we give a 16 work day lead time for most projects. That 16 days will always begin on a Monday. The cut off for a request is 1pm on a Thursday.
For example if you submit a request Monday, Aug 7th - Thursday, Aug 11th at 1pm the 16 day lead time will begin on that upcoming Monday, Aug 14th. If a request comes in Thursday, Aug 11th at 1:01pm the 16 day lead time will begin Monday, Aug 21st.
We desire to deliver your request as quickly as possible but understand there will be times where there are limitations based on season and workload. (ie Easter, Revival, Christmas)
