Our Production Team is made up of a variety of positions that all work together to remove distractions and create an atmosphere that invites those that walk through the door or join us online, to Experience God.

FRONT OF HOUSE ENGINEER (FOH)

The Front of House (FOH) Engineer is responsible for the sound that everyone hears in the room and online. They become the link between what the team onstage (musicians, singers, and speakers), and every person that makes up the audience. The role of the FOH Engineer is to convey whatever is happening on the platform in a way that best represents the heart and sound of the house. To achieve this, a FOH Engineer needs to have a strong sense of musicality, a solid workflow that takes into account the Worship Experience as a whole and not just the 20 minutes of worship, and an ability to work as a team with other team members to achieve the end result.

LIGHTING DIRECTOR (LD)

The LD is responsible for operation of lighting cues - creating a distraction-free Worship Experience. Our goal is never to bring attention to the lights but support what is going on during the Worship Experience. The use of lights can enhance the experience making a moment seem small and intimate and moments later we can make things feel massive with lush colors and brightness.

MEDIA OPERATOR (Media Op)

The Media Op serves our Worship Experiences by cueing all lyrics during songs and also supporting the message on stage with scripture, points, and quotes. During songs we anticipate the next song lyrics so that people know what to sing next and helps keep them engaged. During the message we follow the direction our Producer gives to ensure we are

 CAMERA OPERATOR (Camera Op)

Camera Ops serve our Worship Experiences by using cameras to capture what is going on. They follow the direction of the Producer and Director.

 STAGE HAND

The Stage Hand is there to facilitate all movements of team on and off the stage. They are also actively preempting their fellow team by communicating what is happening, or is about to happen onstage. Beyond this we help with any request from a service producer or a speaker onstage. Anything from the podium for during the message as well as miscellaneous props that may be used throughout the Worship Experience for creative elements. As a Stage Hand, timing, communication, and tact are all key to the role. They ensure all Worship Experiences flow smoothly and are free from visual or audio distraction
